A space where the natural elements - sunlight, air and earth manifest into tones, textures and forms. Villa 19 is a cubist, contemporary minimal dream come to life.

The carefully proportioned volumes, sandy hues and light pergola planes sit comfortably in the landscape. The layout is simple, centered around a brick floored courtyard, which breaks the otherwise uniform concrete floor.

This beach front retreat is informed by humble seaside tradition, enriched by natural materiality and inspired by contemporary summer living.
